The participants were appreciative.

“I very much enjoyed the presentation,” said CPA Dave S. Donten, a shareholder with the West Palm Beach firm Caler, Donten, Levine, Cohen, Porter & Veil, P.A. “I’m hoping to get together with your group soon.”

“It was very good,” added Brian McAvoy, an attorney and shareholder with Roetzel & Andress in Naples, Florida.

The Probate and Pumpernickel series strives to bring meaningful presentations on estate planning, taxation, elder law and other topics of interest to the professionals served. Attorneys and CPAs receive Continuing Legal Education credit for attending the programs.

The Titus Center for Franchising has also started offering web-based conferences on topics related to COVID-19. The most recent one featured a question-and-answer session with U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio about “Protecting Franchising & the American Dream.” The next one on May 26 will feature the Transworld Business Advisors CEO and president, who will explore “7 ½ Reasons to Buy a Business Now.” You can register for it here.
