Financial Aid

We Are in This Together.

We believe in the transformative experience you will have at PBA, which is why we offer tens of millions of dollars each year in financial aid to help offset the cost of attending and remove financial barriers to a premier private university education.

Private School Education.
Public University Cost.

It’s important for you and your family to understand that while the tuition and fees may look high at first glance, the abundance of financial aid we offer will make the cost to attend PBA significantly less. In fact, there’s a good chance your actual cost will be the same, or even less, than that of a public institution. See for yourself by using our Net Price Calculator

Applying for Aid.

Once you are accepted to PBA, the first step in determining what aid you qualify for is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). It’s important to complete your FAFSA as early as possible since some forms of aid are awarded on a first come, first served basis. The FAFSA opens October 1 of each calendar year. PBA's deadline for completing the FAFSA is August 1 of each academic year.

A Variety of Financial Assistance.

Our numerous aid offerings allow families the opportunity to afford PBA. From academic scholarships to state grants to student loans, we work with multiple sources of aid to provide comprehensive and competitive financial aid packages.

  • Federal Aid | Financial assistance in the form of grants, loans, and work study funds.
  • State Aid | Florida has several programs available to its resident students, including Bright Futures and the EASE Grant.
  • Institutional Aid | PBA funding awarded to students based on academic merit or talent.
  • Other Aid | Additional scholarship, payment plan, and loan options available to most students.
