Workship

About

At PBA, when you combine work and worship you get one thing—Workship. Now into its fifth decade, Workship is a distinctive community service program that responds to human needs with Christ-like action in the community and the world. Palm Beach Atlantic students have served more than 3.8 million hours since the program began in 1968. Learn more about the history of Workship.

Be the Change

Workship will change your life. We know because we’ve seen it happen to countless PBA students over the years. While you serve as a Christian force for positive change through your Workship service, you’ll also benefit personally by discerning your vocation and developing a lifelong habit of servant leadership.

No Limits

When you take part in Workship, there will be no limits to where you can go and the lives you can change for the better. Here’s a look at some of the recent work done by our students:

  • Tutoring students at Conniston Middle School and Belvedere Elementary
  • Pitching in with hurricane recovery efforts in Puerto Rico
  • Empowering future women leaders through Women in the Window International
  • Working with schoolchildren in the Rosemary Village After-School Program
  • Volunteering with the Alliance for Kids at St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital
  • Packaging 50,000 meals for hungry children
  • Mentoring children from low-income families through arts and crafts activities
