Auxiliary Services Coordinator - Auxiliary Services

TYPE:   Full-time, Non-exempt
LOCATION: West Palm Beach Campus

SUMMARY: Support the Assistant Vice President for Auxiliary Services directly with scheduling and provide administrative support in the oversight of each area of responsibility for the Office of Auxiliary Services.


  • Maintain the AVP's calendar and schedule meetings
  • Draft and edit written communications
  • Triage incoming phone calls and maintain filing system in electronic format
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and draft minutes
  • Track data associated with goals and metrics and prepare reports
  • Provide budget reports and reconcile purchasing card statements
  • Create and process requisitions, purchase orders, budget transfers, expense reports and other reports as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated ability to work independently with a team and be a self-starter and self-motivated.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of three years experience in a similar field.
