President Request

  • Objective: Request that the President attend or speak at an event, or record remarks for a video.  

  • Timeline: Confirming the President’s schedule takes 2-4 days. If you are requesting her presence at an event or for a video recording, please make the request as far ahead of the event as possible and with at least 2 weeks notice. Larger events require 4-6 weeks minimum notice. 

  • Note: Requests should only  be submitted once all information and materials are ready for the Marketing office. Failure to provide complete information will prevent or delay your project's completion.

If not you have not submitted a video request form, please submit a video request here. The video request form asks for detailed information to alert Marketing of a video request. Marketing will then work with the President’s office to schedule the filming.

Kindly remember that you are required to provide the following a week prior to the event: an event program, guest list, bios for VIPs on the guest list, and background on the event. Please email all available information to as well as printing these documents and interoffice or deliver to Wendy Morton, Office of Advancement on the second floor of the Warren Library. If updates to the original documents occur, a final version should be sent by email to by 3 p.m. the business day prior to the event.
