The FIRE35 Future Leader Annual Scholarship is awarded to a young professional who:
- Completed or is currently enrolled in Principles of Franchising.
- Demonstrates academic excellence and a commitment to pursuing a career in franchising.
- Demonstrates involvement in Titus Center board meetings.
- Exhibits leadership qualities and a passion for the franchising business model.

FIRE35 (Franchise Industry Rising Executives Under 35) provides rising executives with the network, knowledge, and opportunities they need to grow, lead, and shape the future of franchising. Through meaningful connections, curated experiences, and industry access, we’re building a movement of young professionals who aren’t waiting their turn — they’re creating what’s next.
FIRE35 was created to ignite the next generation of franchise leaders. To show our commitment to the future of franchising, we’re committing the proceeds from Fellowship and Sponsorship fees towards a scholarship for a student at The Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
