The vibe is very affirming!

Living Waters Review

Living Waters Review is an annual literature and arts journal, full of the best writing, photography, and artwork by PBA students and alums. All writers and artists are encouraged to submit their work for publication. And for those interested in editing and production, the best students in the English Department are invited to serve as editors for the journal. So be the best!

Student Literature Night

Student Literature Night is an annual extravaganza that celebrates the latest issue of Living Waters Review. Students perform their creative works that were published in the journal, along with guest musicians. The event is wonderfully festive, with much food and fellowship.

The Book Club

The Book Club is an open lecture given each week by a PBA professor about a favorite book. Students are encouraged to attend to learn more about how famous writers have succeeded in their craft. You are not required to read the books presented, and anyone can ask questions and be part of the discussion.

The Sailfish Review

The Sailfish Review is the English Department’s Facebook page. It is formatted to be more like a magazine, giving students the opportunity to write, edit and photograph in a digital format. Sign up today to be on staff!
