Flexibly Designed for Working Professionals

Advance your qualifications while maintaining your career performance and goals. Our M.B.A. courses are offered in convenient evening slots on our West Palm Beach campus, or you can study online in asynchronous courses at your own pace. Start this two-year, 36-credit-hour program in the fall (August) or spring (January).

Dig into primary principles within upper-level business management in areas like marketing, corporate finance, operations, accounting and auditing, and project management. Then, according to your career trajectory, build out your expertise in a specialized M.B.A. concentration:

Program Details

In order to be considered for the Master of Business Administration program, you will:

  1. Earn a baccalaureate degree in business administration from a regionally accredited institution or a baccalaureate degree in another major with successful completion of foundational business courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, microeconomics and statistics.
  2. Submit:
    • Official transcript from college/university where bachelor’s degree was conferred and from college/university where prerequisite courses were taken
    • A current resume
  3. Complete a faculty interview – Once candidates submit all required documents, the complete application is reviewed by the Graduate Admissions Committee to determine invitations for an interview.
  4. Submit GMAT/GRE scores UNLESS: your GPA from an AACSB accredited business school is above 3.25 OR your record of work and scholarship similarly demonstrates to the Graduate Admissions Committee your ability to succeed in a rigorous MBA curriculum.

You will be notified in writing of the Graduate Admissions Committee’s decision within two weeks after submitting your completed application. To secure a spot in the Master of Business Administration program, accepted students must, no later than 30 days before classes begin, submit:

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit, which is applied to tuition upon enrollment

Estimated tuition for the MBA program is $24,898.


The cost of tuition is calculated based on 36 credit hours at $720 per credit and a resource fee of $290 per semester. This is based on a two-year, full-time degree plan.

Our steadfast donors empower PBA to offer one of the largest scholarships for M.B.A. students in Florida. If you are enrolled in the M.B.A. program, in good academic standing, and completing at least six credit hours each semester, you are eligible for the $4,000 Dr. Joe J. Eassa, Jr. Scholarship.

In your M.B.A. application, you should demonstrate completion of four prerequisite courses with a minimum grade of C or GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale:

  • Financial Accounting
  • Managerial Accounting
  • Elementary Statistics
  • Principles of Macroeconomics OR Principles of Microeconomics

While the general M.B.A. program equips you for management and business ownership, you can choose to hone your expertise in one of five core M.B.A. concentrations: Accounting, Enterprise Systems, Finance, Marketing, or Project Management. 


PBA also offers dual/joint M.B.A. degrees with our Pharm.D., M.Div., and Master of Global Development programs.

Opt for an additional Global Development concentration to gain a broader sense of business and policy in international contexts. This 9-credit extension involves courses in global economics, development policy, and development economics, along with an international business trip scheduled each May.

Develop your professional competence and confidence, network with fellow professionals, map out potential career paths, and gain hands-on experience applying theory in the workplace in an optional one-credit internship placement.
