Watch Tristan’s Story

In this video, Tristan Ireri shares how studying Marketing with a concentration in Franchising at PBA has connected him with business leaders, expanded his leadership experience, and prepared him to pursue his God-sized dream of launching a luxury Christian fashion brand that gives back to communities in Kenya.

Highlights of Tristan’s Story

Tristan Ireri transferred to Palm Beach Atlantic University after feeling led to make a change and pursue a new direction. As a Marketing student at PBA with a concentration in Franchising, he has found opportunities to develop his business knowledge, build professional relationships, and grow as a Christ-centered leader.

One of Tristan’s most memorable experiences came with the opening of PBA’s new business building. He was invited to speak at the ribbon-cutting ceremony and help officially open the new facility. The event gave him the opportunity to meet donors, connect with the mayor of West Palm Beach, and engage with faculty, current students, and alumni. For Tristan, it was an experience he knows he will remember for the rest of his life.

His business education has also extended beyond the classroom. Through PBA’s Rinker College of Business, Tristan has attended Chamber of Commerce breakfasts at The Breakers, where students can network with professionals from a variety of industries and hear from guest speakers. These experiences have helped him develop relationships and gain exposure to the business community surrounding PBA in Palm Beach County.

Just as important to Tristan is PBA’s Christ-first community. He values being surrounded by professors and students with whom conversations about Scripture and faith are a natural part of everyday life. For him, that environment reinforces his desire to glorify God through his future career.

Tristan’s God-Sized dream is to launch his own luxury Christian fashion brand. He envisions each collection telling a meaningful story while using the business as a platform to share the Gospel and serve others. Giving back is central to that vision, including dedicating a portion of the company’s earnings to helping communities in need.

With family roots in Kenya through his father, Tristan especially hopes to help rebuild underserved communities there and provide housing for people in need. His goal is to build a successful business that measures its impact not only through what it creates, but through the lives it serves.
