NOTICE: The US Postal service is experiencing an unprecedented volume increase and
limited employee availability due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are
also seeing delays with International mail, including instances where some countries
are not accepting mail for certain periods of time. We suggest that students select
electronic delivery, if possible.
Official transcripts are produced and issued by Office of the Registrar; they bear
the University seal and the Registrar’s signature. Official transcripts are produced
either on security paper and presented in a sealed envelope or they are a secure,
digitally signed transcript file in Portable Document Format (PDF).
Official transcripts are not processed if the student has outstanding obligations
to the University. Enrolled students can obtain unofficial transcripts through myPBA.
Palm Beach Atlantic University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC)
to provide transcript ordering via the internet. To order an official transcript,
login to the NSC secure site.
The site walks you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees.
You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Completing the
"Consent to Release" form is required and must be returned to the NSC before orders
are processed and credit cards charged.
The NSC provides online ordering service for PBA students and alumni 24 hours a day, seven
days a week. Orders are processed within three business days by the Office of the
Registrar. To ensure confidentiality and to comply with federal regulations when using
the internet, you must authenticate yourself. Alumni and students electing the online
service are presented with the "Consent to Release" form. You will be instructed to
print the form, sign and fax it to the NSC before your order can be completed. In
addition to the convenience of credit card payment, the online service provides email
notifications as orders are received and processed by Office of the Registrar.
Walk-in requests for transcripts can be made at Office of the Registrar. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Walk-in requests are processed for a fee of $15 per transcript. Students and alumni
are required to show photo identification if picking up their transcript. If a transcript
is to be released to a third party, written authorization from the student or the
alumni is required.
