Palm Beach Atlantic University’s (PBA) online catalog is the official catalog of PBA.
The printed catalog is a representation of the online catalog. The information in
the printed and online catalogs is intended for informational purposes only and does
not constitute a legal contract between PBA and any person or entity. In the case
of any difference between the printed catalogs and the online catalogs, university
officials will be guided by the online catalogs.
The University reserves the right to change any policy, requirement, or fee, with
or without notice; to impose probation; and to require a student to withdraw at any
time. The provisions of the Catalog are not an irrevocable contract between the student
and the University. Any admission to the University on the basis of false statements
or documents is void when the fraud is discovered, and the student is not entitled
to any credit for work which may have been done at the University. When a student
is dismissed or suspended from the University for fraud, there will be no refund of
tuition and fees paid. If a dismissed or suspended student has paid only a part of
his or her fees, the balance due the University will be collected. There will be no
refund of tuition, fees, charges, or any other payments made to the University in
the event the operation of the University is suspended at any time as a result of
an act of God, strike, riot, disruption, or any other cause beyond the control of

It is the policy of Palm Beach Atlantic University that no student shall be subjected
to discrimination on the ground of race, color, religion, sex, national or ethnic
origin, age, or handicapped or veteran status in administration of its educational
policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other
school administered programs. The University is authorized under federal law to enroll
non immigrant students.
