- Dr. Elizabeth Stice was chosen as a 2026 Public Life Fellow for the Center for Christianity and Public Life. The center is a nonpartisan, nonprofit civic organization with the mission to contend for the credibility of Christian resources in public life.
- Dr. Kimberly Bain published “Interpreting Ethics of AI Use through Framing Analysis of New York Times vs. OpenAI” in the WAC Repository.
- Dr. Kyle Van Houtan co-authored and published his research paper, “Implementing the Kunming-Montreal Biodiversity Targets,” which evaluates the international framework for environmental stewardship. He also published “Regional divergence of extreme marine heat in the Pacific Island coastal waters: a high-resolution extreme heat index as an earlier statistical signal,” which describes the use of satellite remote sensing to manage coral reef decline.
- Jana Espy and Dr. Kirk Mensch published “Examining Ethical Implications Regarding Biologically Assigned Males at Birth Participating in Athletics with Biologically Assigned Females at Birth: Transgender Sport through the Lens of MacIntyre’s Three Rival Versions of Moral Enquiry” in the Journal of Religion and Business Ethics.
