Has someone shared something difficult they were going through, and you weren’t sure how to respond?

When was the last time you disclosed a painful experience and the response you received left you feeling worse? It happens to all of us. We often don’t know what to say in these moments, so the hurtful, embedded things we’ve heard from others are what we repeat.

Together, we can learn a different way by cultivating empathy and listening skills. In our upcoming workshops, you will learn simple, practical skills you can immediately put into practice to strengthen both your personal and professional relationships.
