Biography

Dr. Carol Kaminski ( MA- Old Testament and MA – Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary; PhD in Old Testament, University of Cambridge). Her research interests include exegesis and theology of Genesis, Old Testament covenants, and the meta-narrative of the Old Testament. She has taught Old Testament and Hebrew exegesis courses at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary since 2002. She has published several books on Genesis. Recently she completed a commentary on 1-2 Chronicles, published by Zondervan in their Story of God Series,  and is now writing a revised version of Handbook of the Pentateuch for Baker Academic.

Dr. Kaminski is well-known for her Casket Empty Bible series which helps lay people understand the redemptive story of the Bible and equips church leaders to teach the Scripture. Her Casket Empty material is used around the world, and she is committed to providing Bible resources for the global church.
