Housing female and male students.
Each suite houses four residents, two in two bedrooms. Each suite includes an exterior entrance, a kitchenette, and one bathroom. The first floor has a study room/TV lounge, laundry facilities, and a full kitchen for all residents to use. There is also a front patio shaded by a tree overhang.
