Rinker Hall is an all-male residence hall located above the business school classrooms and directly across from the Fraser Dining Hall and Lassiter Student Center—placing students in the heart of campus.
The hall features suite-style housing, with each suite made up of four two-person bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom and a balcony overlooking campus. This layout encourages community while still offering comfortable and functional living spaces for residents.
The first floor serves as a central hub for student life, featuring a TV lounge, study room, full kitchen, and recreational spaces with pool and ping pong tables. It is also home to the Esports Gaming Club facility, where students can gather to practice and compete. Additional amenities include in-building laundry facilities and a sundeck on the third floor.
