Oceanview Hall

Oceanview Hall is located on the top two floors of a seven-story building, directly west of Baxter Residence Hall. Residents enjoy beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway while remaining close to key campus locations like the Greene Athletic Complex and Warren Library.

This residence hall houses both male and female students on opposite sides of the building, separated by secure, keycard-access elevators. The hall includes 92 rooms, primarily designed in a suite-style layout with two rooms connected by a shared bathroom. Room options include double, triple, and quad occupancy to accommodate a variety of living preferences.

Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, and closet for every resident, creating a comfortable and functional living space. Every floor features a laundry room, lounge area, and kitchenette, giving students convenient access to everyday essentials.

On the first floor, residents have access to a dedicated study room with computers, as well as a TV lounge equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. With its combination of scenic views, strong community spaces, and convenient amenities, Oceanview Hall provides a well-rounded on-campus living experience.
