PBA offers international students a unique opportunity—the beauty of a beach-side campus, the opportunities of a metropolitan city, and the excellence of a rigorous academic institution. Most importantly, we offer a life-changing Christian community where students like you are enfolded in support, even as you’re challenged to explore, lead, and discern your calling in God’s world.
Students from all over the globe choose PBA, forming a tight-knit community of international students who help to shape the diverse and hospitable culture that the campus is known for.
PBA students represent 75 nations.
30 percent of our international students are from the Caribbean.
20 percent of our international students are from Latin America and South America.

An application, transcripts, and an English exam may be required.
Complete your free online application here or on the Common App website.
Submit your official high school transcript (with official transcript evaluation for non-U.S.-accredited schools).
Submit your official TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo Score to show English language proficiency. Visit the International Requirements page for more details on admission requirements and exceptions.
ACT and SAT scores for freshmen are NOT required, but may be sent either along with or after your PBA application has been submitted, to be considered for bonus scholarships.
International students are eligible for many scholarships and other forms of financial aid.
If you are not a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, you will need to apply for an F-1 student visa to study at PBA. Once you decide to enroll at PBA and after you submit a $300 enrollment deposit, our International Student Services office will assist you with obtaining an I-20 form, the first step in the visa process. You can contact ISS@pba.edu for assistance, and plan on completing your application for admission and visa application as early as possible to allow for sufficient processing time.
