Homeschooled Students

Be valued in a safe, empowering community.

PBA is the ideal fit for homeschool students, where they can thrive in a Christ-centered education and family-like community.

A Simple Admission Process

You’ll be personally guided by our experienced admission counselor dedicated to working with homeschooled students.

  • Step 1: Complete the online application; when selecting your “Institution” please enter “Homeschool” and submit your $50 application fee (non-refundable).
  • Step 2: Send in your high school transcripts indicating course grades and successful completion of requirements for graduation.
  • Step 3: Provide official SAT or ACT scores.

Your Homeschool Transcripts

Creating your transcripts can be a simple process. You can use this template or another as you see fit. Calculate your GPA by allotting the following values: A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1. Add an additional 0.5 to the values for Honors, AP and Dual Enrollment credits.

Your Homeschool Curriculum

Your course work should include at least 16 units of high school curriculum, including:

  • 4 units of academic English
  • 4 units of academic mathematics at a level of Algebra I or higher
  • 3 units of academic natural science with substantial lab work
  • 3 units of academic social science (history, government, economics, psychology)
  • 2 units of academic world language (sequential in same language)

*Palm Beach Atlantic understands that students may have differing high school graduation requirements by state. The above listed coursework is a recommendation not a requirement. For additional information please contact your admission counselor.
