Where I Grew Up
: Colorado

Where I Studied: Palm Beach Atlantic University

What I Studied: Marine Biology, Minor in Music

Three Reasons to Attend PBA:

  • To study in a tropical oasis and relaxing environment, where you can go boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, & snorkeling for fun, and even take SCUBA classes for college credit!
  • To learn alongside other students who are like minded and will welcome you and guide you in the right direction, and professors who care about your personal spiritual growth as well as your academic success.
  • To be provided with amazing career opportunities as PBA is located in the middle of a growing city, and sustains a supportive community of professors and students. I interned in different coastal communities all over the country, and the relationships I had with the PBA family gave me those opportunities.

Favorite College Memory: Going on marine biology field trips with my classmates, where we would adventure to the nature parks nearby, assemble fish skeletons, and take boat rides out to the open ocean to measure waves!

Favorite Verse: Therefore, we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. - 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
