Our programs are designed to provide trainees with a solid foundation in patient-centered care in a variety of settings, while focusing on fostering personal and professional leadership. Our postgraduate program directors and preceptors are dedicated to nurturing resident knowledge, skills, and growth as pharmacy professionals. Also, we are one of the only postgraduate training programs that actively incorporates faith integration as a core trait.
The emphasis within our programs is placed on:

- Resiliency and wellbeing
Residents are provided a competitive salary and are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance. Travel funds are provided to offset expenses incurred at an applicable pharmacy meeting.

Teaching & Learning Program
All of our residents and fellows have the option to complete a teaching and learning certification that takes place within the School of Pharmacy. Residents and fellows are given an academic appointment as an instructor of pharmacy practice, participating in the following longitudinal activities: topic discussions, large classroom teaching, small group facilitation, active learning and co-precepting.
