Experience It All

As a music major, you’ll be exposed to a variety of musical styles and be trained in a range of music competencies. Students gain a thorough grounding in the literature and materials of music, including opportunities for performance experience, within the traditional, broad-based liberal arts curriculum. You’ll be nurtured in an environment where traditional musical studies find common ground with the liberal arts and practical demands of the music profession in a community of shared Christian values.

Music, Minor

Pursue a minor in music and complete 22 credit hours of sequenced courses in theory, aural skills and other topics (usually taking at least six semesters).

Music Education, Grades K-12, B.Mus.

You have an interest in continuing instrument studies, reading, notating, arranging and composing music or singing and improvising melodies. And, you desire to share your interests with students as a music teacher.
