In the Human Performance and Sport major at Palm Beach Atlantic, there are two tracks: coaching and personal training/strength and conditioning coaching. On the coaching track, you will study coaching theory, sports officiating, human development and learning through both classroom and real-world experience. In the personal training and conditioning track, you will focus on exercise testing and exercise prescription for all populations from beginners to advanced, including special populations. Regardless of which track is right for you, the Human Performance and Sport major will give you expertise in these areas and prepare you for your career after college.
