The Master of Science Educational Leadership program is designed to prepare students for roles in school leadership positions. The program incorporates academic coursework with practitioner-based experience to provide students with the most effective educational experience.
PBA’s undergraduate teacher education program has an outstanding reputation in the area. This reputation is earned due to the high quality teacher candidates who graduate from our program. The same level of excellence will be offered in the MS. Educational Leadership program. As well, we offer a personalized learning experience that integrates a Christian worldview. This is unique to PBA in the immediate area.
Successful completers of the program will be eligible and prepared to seek leadership certification from the state of Florida by completing the Florida Educational Leadership Examination, FELE. A master’s degree in educational leadership and success on the FELE is the pathway to becoming assistant principals and principals in Florida public schools.
