
To create and sustain a comprehensive program for the study of free enterprise, its moral and intellectual foundations, and its practical implications. The center provides resources and learning opportunities to students, faculty, and the public regarding the vital role free enterprise plays in increasing human flourishing.

All Rinker College of Business students are required to take ECO 3813, American Free Enterprise. In this course, students learn the intellectual and moral underpinnings of the free enterprise system and how a free enterprise framework can be used to facilitate a flourishing society.

Raney Center for Free Enterprise student scholars work with Rinker College of Business faculty to conduct and present academic research in the area of free enterprise.
