Biography
Tim Eichner was born and raised in Africa. He came to PBA after eleven years at Palm Beach State College, where he served as department chair. Since then, he has been pleased to integrate his faith and expertise into the classroom at PBA for more than fifteen years. Before entering academia, he worked for a commercial printer, a textbook publisher, and a graphic arts service bureau.
Tim won first place in “Imaging the Gulf”—a five-state competition. Businesses, estuary programs, and state and federal government agencies across the five Gulf States used his design to show their unified commitment to protect the Gulf of Mexico.
Over his career, Professor Eichner has worked on projects for The Hampton Inn, Radisson, AT&T, Ocean Royale, and Siemens. In his freelance business, he worked on projects for Quest Diagnostics, The Doral Open (Hasak Publishing), and various churches, missions, and non-profits. He also created the photo illustration and cover design for Ordinary People in God’s Hands, a book chronicling sixty years of TEAM missionary work in Zimbabwe.
