3. Request official transcripts from each college or university you have attended. Original transcripts must be received directly from each issuing institution. Transcript Request Form

4. Submit three confidential recommendation forms. Please select the appropriate form for your graduate program: MBA, Counseling Psychology or Organizational Leadership.
5. Schedule your faculty interview for the graduate program to which you are applying.
6. Complete required essays (contact Graduate Admissions for details).
