We want to work with you to develop the best financial aid package to meet your needs. We'll be here to guide you every step of the way.
Beginning March 1 (if you are a daytime undergraduate student), we will produce your financial aid award. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your financial aid award online.
Once you receive notification from our office that your award is available, you will need to log into our Online Award system. Once you are logged in, you can click on all the different tabs to view your award, your documents that we have received or are still required. You may also accept your award by going to the Apply Online tab.
Financial aid awarding for evening, graduate and online students is on an on-going basis as appropriate documentation is received. The first step should always be to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
To be considered for need-based aid as well as for student loans, you must complete the FAFSA. First, you and your parents (if you are unmarried and under 24 years of age) will need to acquire a Personal Identification Number (PIN) at http://www.pin.ed.gov. Then, complete your FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov using PBA's School Code of 008849. The FAFSA Web site has extensive online help for completing the form.
Once we receive the results from your FAFSA application (your Student Aid Report or SAR), we will add any need-based aid and/or student loans that you qualify for.
Florida residents maybe eligible for the Florida Resident Access Grant (FRAG) or Bright Futures awards. Generally, these awards require full-time enrollment and proof of Florida residency prior to attending college.
