Biography
Mr. Panczak joined PBA in 2018 as an adjunct professor in the Rinker School of Business. He is a doctoral candidate, completing his DBA dissertation at Liberty University with a cognate in marketing/marketing research. He is an active member of Delta Mu Delta. Prior to joining PBA, Mr. Panczak taught at Palm Beach State College as an adjunct instructor, and has worked in several senior management positions in the healthcare industry. His last position was regional director of operations at TEAMHealth, a division of Blackstone Private Equity Company. His background includes medical acquisitions and mergers, de novo dialysis centers development, and hospital administration positions. Mr. Panczak holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has worked on several quality improvement projects within healthcare entities. He is an active parishioner at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lantana, FL.
