Health and Wellness is comprised of three primary services. We collect required health forms upon enrollment, manage the university’s student health insurance and provide mental health support to PBA students through the University Counseling Center.
The Health & Wellness and University Counseling Center, staffed with full-time licensed mental health professionals, are located at Oceanview Hall (next to the Campus Store) on 1000 S. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33401.
Our mailing address is:

Palm Beach Atlantic University is pleased to offer students an affordable student health insurance plan. All Full-time Day Undergraduate, International, Pharmacy, Graduate, Evening, and Online students are required to provide proof of current and acceptable health insurance coverage each academic year. These students are automatically enrolled and billed for the student health insurance plan. The insurance charge will only be removed if an approved waiver has been received by the deadline. For more information on the PBA student health insurance plan, including the online waiver, click here. Questions? Please contact us at (561) 803-2576.
Palm Beach Atlantic University has secured a strategic partnership with TimelyMD to provide medical mental telehealth care for students.
TimelyMD’s medical providers can diagnose common conditions (cold, flu, sinus infection), and mental health providers give students a safe space to talk about anything at any time (anxiety surrounding COVID-19, relationships, depression, etc).
Beginning Fall 2020, students will be given a URL where they can register for and access telehealth services. Students can access telehealth services from any web-enabled device – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. From there, students can register with their school email address, and then they will be able to log in to begin using services. Students can then choose to have a voice or video call.
For life-threatening emergencies on campus, please call 911 first and then contact Campus Safety and Security at (561) 803-2500.
