We also provide a New Student Check List to help you keep track of required forms.

How To Submit Forms:

Palm Beach Atlantic University is pleased to offer students an affordable student health insurance plan. All UNDERGRADUATE students taking 9 or more credit hours, all full-time GRADUATE students taking 6 or more credit hours, and all Ph.D. students taking 3 or more credit hours. All International, Pharmacy, Nursing, and full-time Evening students are required to provide proof of current and acceptable health insurance coverage each academic year. These students are automatically enrolled and billed for the student health insurance plan. The insurance charge will only be removed if an approved waiver has been received by the deadline.
