  • Professor Heather Couch, associate professor of art, continues to earn distinction with her exhibitions at “Big and Bold 2” hosted by the Artists of Palm Beach County, “MUD” at Arts Warehouse Delray, “Onna House Palm Beach” by designer Lisa Perry, “Artists of Palm Beach County Members Show 2026” at Helen M. Salzberg Gallery, “Student and Faculty Show” at Armory Art Center, and “The Light/La Luz” by Persona Contemporary.
  • We recently celebrated Dr. Bernie Cueto for 20 years of faithful leadership as Palm Beach Atlantic University’s campus pastor! We are very grateful for the meaningful impact he has had on our students and campus community over the years.
  • Dr. Nicholas Tavani, adjunct professor of violin, toured with the Cleveland Orchestra, performing to sold out audiences at Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Arscht Center in Miami.
  • In addition to his recent international presentations, Dr. Jackie Yong, assistant professor of piano, presented a plenary session at the Music Teachers National Association National Collegiate Symposium in Columbia, S.C., and led a discussion forum at the College Music Society Southern Regional Conference in Birmingham, Ala.
  • Dr. Jiehua Zhang, assistant professor of journalism, published in March: Zhang, J. (2026). Ethnic News Among Chinese Americans: Political Possibilities. In G.L. Daniels & M. Biswas (Eds.), Covering Communities of Color in Times of Crisis: The Evolving Role and Relevance of Ethnic Media (pp.241-257). Peter Lang Publishing.
  • Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy Dean Dr. Dana Strachan was recently selected to join the Walgreens Deans Advisory Council, a dynamic collective of 18 pharmacy academia leaders from across the United States.
  • The 15th Annual PBA Interdisciplinary Research Conference showcased the scholarly and creative research achievements of students and faculty, promoting campus-wide collaboration and intellectual exchange.
