Biography
Dr. Kris Cravey is a distinguished C-level executive, business leader, and educator with over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, transformation, and innovation across diverse organizations. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Chair of the Leadership and Organizational Behavior program at Palm Beach Atlantic University and as President of Fahrenheit Advisors, a leading middle-market business advisory and management consulting firm based in Richmond, VA.
Dr. Cravey’s expertise encompasses strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational development, and human capital management. His career includes leadership roles across industries such as energy, technology, aviation, engineering & construction, and higher education. His innovative work was recognized by Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin for spearheading the first commercially accredited Drone Flight Academy, a partnership between Richard Bland College of William & Mary and Walmart.
As a former graduate program director and professor of business and leadership at Messiah University, Dr. Cravey has significantly impacted the next generation of leaders through his teaching, mentorship, and thought leadership. A published author in business and organizational behavior, he has also contributed his expertise to influential boards, including Fast Company magazine, William & Mary University, The Construction Industry Institute at the University of Texas at Austin, and the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations.
Dr. Cravey began his professional journey in ministry, serving as a Student and Associate Pastor before transitioning to the corporate world. He spent over a decade as an elder and teaching pastor in his local church, combining his passion for discipleship with a drive to help organizations achieve mission-driven success. His lifelong commitment is to building organizations that enable people and communities to flourish.
Dr. Cravey holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Development, an MBA, and an MA in Practical Theology from Regent University. He also holds an advanced certificate in business strategy from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
