Health and Wellness provides medical care and mental health support to PBA students through our Health Center and our Counseling Center. We are staffed with full-time licensed medical and mental health professionals.
As a ministry to the Palm Beach Atlantic University community, our mission is to promote physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Our desire is to provide services from a Christ-centered perspective, enabling each member to fulfill academic, personal, and spiritual goals.
The Health Center is located at the southwest corner of Oceanview Hall at 1000 S. Dixie Highway, next to our Campus Bookstore.
The University Counseling Center is located at 125 Okeechobee Hall Next to the Rinker Center for Experiential Learning and the Rinker Companies Office on the west side of Okeechobee Hall).

Visits are by appointment only, except in cases of acute illness or injury. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Office hours for both the Health Center and the University Counseling Center are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

All students attending our West Palm Beach campus as a new, transfer or international student are required to complete the health forms below. All forms must be submitted to the Health and Wellness Center prior to August 1 (for students starting in the spring semester the forms should be submitted prior to December 1). Submit forms to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (561) 803-2499. We also provide a New Student Checklist to help you keep track of required forms.
Palm Beach Atlantic University is pleased to offer students an affordable student health insurance plan. All full-time day undergraduate, pharmacy, and international students are required to provide proof of current and acceptable health insurance coverage each academic year. These students are automatically enrolled and billed for the student health insurance plan. The insurance charge will only be removed if an approved waiver has been received by the deadline.
