Visiting Faculty of Biology - School of Liberal Arts and Sciences

TYPE: Full-Time, Visiting Faculty
LOCATION: West Palm Beach Campus

SUMMARY:  Responsible for teaching three (3) courses per semester (lecture and/or laboratory) including Biology I and II, and possibly other courses based on expertise. Position will include normal responsibilities of faculty, including but not restricted to, office hours and attendance at School of Liberal Arts and Sciences meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned 18 graduate credit hours in Biology.
• Evidence of a planned scholarly agenda consistent with expectations of a teaching informed by scholarship-focused program. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  The optimal candidate will have a PhD in Biology or a related discipline from a regionally accredited university.
