Required: This position requires a terminal degree (PharmD, MD, PhD). Residency and/or other clinical experience desired. Adjunct faculty participate in the instruction of Doctor of Pharmacy students via a number of instructional methodologies in courses commensurate with the candidate's expertise and the School's needs.

The Rinker School of Business seeks adjunct faculty to teach management of digital information systems at the MBA level.

Qualifications:  A minimum of 18 graduate hours in graduate coursework related to management of information systems is required. A terminal degree in the field is preferred. Applicants must have current relevant experience in the strategic management of information systems, information technology (IT), applications, and cybersecurity. The School of Arts & Sciences is seeking adjunct faculty to teach one or more courses including a general education course “The Science of Criminal Investigation” and two upper level forensic courses for Forensic Science majors. 

Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in Forensic Science, or a minimum of 18 graduate credits in forensic science with an M.S. in another science discipline.  It is preferred that the candidate have previous teaching or working experience in Forensic Science.  Applicants must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith with traditional coursework.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree with at least eighteen credit hours at the graduate level in art, history/political science, English/literature, or philosophy. Adjunct Professor of Psychology

The School of Arts & Sciences is seeking adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate psychology courses. Classes may include General Psychology, Marriage and Family Dynamics, or Lifespan Development, with some opportunities to teach upper-level electives in psychology within the expertise of the adjunct. 

Qualifications: Doctorate or Master’s Degree in psychology, graduate degrees in closely-related disciplines will be considered, with at least 18 graduate psychology credits.  Ph.D./Psy.D. desirable.  Must have a Christian commitment along with the ability to intentionally integrate Christian faith in coursework.

 

Adjunct Professor of Spanish

The Department of Modern Languages invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in Spanish.

Responsibilities:  Responsibilities include providing instruction within the department, providing scheduled office hours for student consultation, and development and revision of curriculum and course work as appropriate.  Responsibilities also include communication with the Department Chair, as appropriate and needed.

Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Nursing and Florida Registered Nurse, BLS/CPR  is required. Post Masters graduate work leading to doctoral degree in nursing or related area highly recommended.  Two-three years of teaching in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities: Teaching BSN nursing students in both class and clinical environments in the areas of medical-surgical, psychiatric, or maternal/child nursing. Must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith with traditional coursework.


 

Nursing

Education and Experience: Masters Degree in Nursing, Florida APRN License, BLS/CPR, 2-3 years of full-time teaching in nursing. Post Masters graduate work leading to doctoral degree in nursing or related area highly recommended.
