How to use the Bill Calculator
This calculator can be used to project an estimated bill for day undergraduate students. Be
sure to have your financial aid awards handy before you begin to use this calculator.
If you need to look-up your financial aid awards, log into myPBA.
To get started, first select your period of enrollment. Then select your information
from the drop down boxes and then enter your financial aid awards. Actual charges
may vary.
2021-2022 Academic Year Calculator (August 2021 to May 2022)
Please keep in mind that:
- Charges such as health insurance and parking are billed entirely in the fall semester,
except for students enrolling for the first time in the spring semester.
- Other charges such as lab, music, dance and online fees may apply and are not included
in this estimate.
- You must accept the school provided health insurance if you do not have an approved
insurance plan. A waiver is required to remove the insurance charge from your actual
billing statement.
- Other resources include funds from outside scholarships, Florida Prepaid and veteran's
benefits.
Ways to pay
You also may use any combination of the following payment options.
Traditional payment methods
- Cash payments are accepted at the Sailfish Services Center, located at 900 South Dixie
Highway at the corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and South Dixie Highway.
- Checks (noted with your student ID number) are accepted at the Sailfish Services Center
or can be mailed to the address listed in the box to the right.
- Credit card payments are accepted on myPBA. Please note, your student username and
password are required.

Payment plan
You and your student have the option to make monthly payments through our partnership
with Tuition Management Systems (TMS). Our tuition payment plan is a no-interest installment
plan that allows you to spread payment of your remaining balance over several months.
There is a non-refundable fee to set up your payment plan account. Payment plans for
the 2021-2022 award year begin on May 15. For more information, contact us (561) 803-2152

Parent PLUS Direct Loan
Your student must be enrolled in at least six credit hours per term to be eligible for a Parent PLUS Direct Loan. This loan
must be reapplied for each academic year. You will have a 10-year period to repay
this fixed-rate loan and you may defer payment until after your student graduates
(or is no longer enrolled in at least six credit hours/term).
To apply, you must be:
- the biological or adoptive parent or step-parent
- a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
- have acceptable credit

Spring 2020-2021
- November 16
Portal for opting out (waiving) of school health insurance opens at http://www.aetnastudenthealth.com/pba. Last day to opt out (waive) is January 15, 2021.
- November 25
Spring billing statements generated for day undergraduates who have been registered
for classes and have completed all financial aid documents.
- December 1
Online check-in opens. Complete any outstanding requirements for all offices conveniently
online.
- December 15
Spring balances must be paid in full or a payment plan (with first payment already
made) setup.
- January 11
First day of Spring classes.
- January 29
Online check-in closes.
