Dr. Sedlacek completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI. Sparked by her passion for chronic disease management and patient care, Dr. Sedlacek completed a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, OH. She is active in the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), and the Florida Society of Health System Pharmacists (FSHP). She is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist (BCACP) and is board certified in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM). Dr. Sedlacek has a passion for advocating for the advancement of pharmacy, particularly in the area of ambulatory care. She strives to help students make the connection between the classroom and the clinic. She hopes to serve her students and residents by sparking a passion for pharmacy practice.
