Dr. Craig Domeck is dean of the MacArthur School of Leadership and assistant professor
of leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University; prior to his appointment to the MacArthur
School of Leadership, he served as dean of PBA’s Central Florida Campuses in Orlando.
He is the founder and principal of 3-D Leadership, a consulting enterprise focusing
on leadership development, strategic planning and coaching. For four years, Dr. Domeck
served as the director of full-time MBA programs and admissions for the Crummer Graduate
School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to employment
at Rollins, he spent 25 years with Cru (formerly known as Campus Crusade for Christ),
an international Christian organization headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Among
the roles he held within the campus division were national director for operations,
area director for Ohio and Michigan, training center director and campus director
at Ohio State and Cornell Universities. Dr. Domeck’s personal interest and teaching
focus is leadership development, centering primarily on self-leadership, emotional
intelligence and character. He has taught his 3-D Leadership “Self-Leadership” seminar
for the Rollins Executive Education and MBA programs, as well as for organizations
such as CNL Financial, Cru, and New Tribes Missions in Orlando, Florida. Raised in
Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Domeck holds a B.A. in computer studies from Northwestern University
and an MBA with a concentration in management from Rollins College. He completed
his Ed.D. in educational leadership at the University of Central Florida, focusing
on “Developing Resilience in Leaders.” Dr. Domeck says that his greatest “claim to
fame” is being married to his wife, Jenni, for over 460 months; they have four terrific
children. He was involved in the leadership team at Vista Community Church for over
10 years serving on the leadership team at City Beautiful Church, a multi-generational
church in Orlando.
