Dr. Diller started his career as an athletic trainer, working in an out-patient physical therapy practice and in high school/junior college athletics. Since then he has enjoyed 18 years in Christian higher education in a variety of administrative and educational roles, beginning in collegiate athletics. He has transitioned through faculty and administrative roles over the past decade in student development, six of which were at PBA as the director of health and wellness. Dr. Diller has received regional and national awards in athletic training and in student affairs, and has routinely presented at regional and national conferences on student retention, student/university crisis response, and general health education topics. For the past five years Dr. Diller and his wife Michele (a former PBA resident director) have lived in Nashville, Tennessee where they served as foster parents for a sibling set of four boys, whom they adopted in late 2013 and early 2014. As the proud new parents of Casper, Jayden, Peyton, and Robert, they have returned to their former West Palm Beach home, their church (Lake Osborne Presbyterian), and now to PBA.
