Branded Merchandise Request


  • Objective: Branded merchandise (promo items) such as mugs, notebooks, t-shirts and other items used as giveaways at promotional events.

  • Timeline: Custom orders generally take 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the type of item. Completion timeline requires clear direction and prompt review and approval from the requesting party.

  • Note: Requests should only be submitted once all information and materials are ready for the Marketing office. The final completion date is dependent on the volume of requests currently experienced by Marketing, as well as the vendor and type of item requested.
