Residency Programs

Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) offers residency programs that prepare you to become servant leaders within the profession of pharmacy. Our programs are designed to provide residents with a solid foundation in patient-centered care in a variety of settings, while focusing on fostering personal and professional leadership. We are currently the only residency program that actively incorporates faith integration as one of our core traits. Emphasis within our programs is placed on:

  • Critical thinking
  • Patient centered care
  • Pedagogy
  • Time management
Our residency program directors and preceptors are dedicated to nurturing resident knowledge, skills, and growth as pharmacy professionals.

Teaching and Learning Program

Each of our residency programs integrates a teaching and learning component that takes place within the School of Pharmacy.

Residents successfully completing assigned activities will be awarded a teaching certificate of completion.
