In 2010, PBA alum and faculty recognized the need for a children’s theatre with high artistic standards that championed the importance of family and ultimately served God was needed in Palm Beach County and the beginning of PBA Children’s Theatre was formed. Although the name has changed through the years, the heart and mission has remained the same -- to equip children to use their gifts and talents to glorify God through theatre arts. Creation of imaginative and purposeful theatre with a focus on redemptive storytelling reinforces missions of not only the university’s theatre program and the School of Communication and Media, but the university as well. The rigorous artistic environment of theatre-making grows all involved in areas of intellect, spirituality, leadership and personal character. PBA Children’s Theatre is unique to Palm Beach County by offering American university resources and a mission of using theatre arts to glorify God.
We are excited to offer a full year of musicals, Shakespeare, camps and more!
