Earn your Master's in Leadership Online or through our Evening Courses

  • The program is custom-engineered for working professionals. Evening classes enable you to enjoy the ultimate in flexibility and efficiency.
  • Courses are offered in weekly, four-hour evening class sessions at PBA’s Orlando and West Palm Beach campuses. The program can be completed online.

Our leadership program

  • 36 graduate credits that students complete in 24 months.
  • Choose from the Corporate, Non-profit or Organizational Leadership tracks. Online students are enrolled in the Organizational Leadership track.
  • Courses are offered weeknight evenings at PBA’s West Palm Beach, Orlando and online campuses
  • Program entry points are fall (August) and spring (January) with application deadlines of August 1 and December 1. Selected courses are offered during the summer term.

  • Rooted in faith. PBA’s leadership courses are infused with Christian morals and values to provide you with a solid foundation for ethical conduct in business.
  1. Earn a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution
  2. Achieve undergraduate minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, with exceptions on a case-by-case basis
  3. Submit:
  • A completed online application and $45 nonrefundable fee (Click on the drop-down arrow to select the Graduate application)           
  • Official transcript from college/university where bachelor’s degree was conferred
  • Two confidential leadership recommendations
  • Two essay responses (one for Orlando)
  • A current resume
  1. Faculty interview (Orlando only) – Once candidates submit all required documents, the complete application is reviewed by the Graduate Admissions Committee to determine invitations for an interview.

Master of Science in Leadership program admissions decision and notification:

Applicants will be notified in writing of the Graduate Admissions Committee’s decision within two weeks after submitting your completed application. To secure a spot in the program, accepted students must submit, no later than 30 days before classes begin:

A non-refundable $100 deposit, which is applied to tuition upon enrollment.

The estimated tuition for the entire Master's in Leadership program is $19,320 in West Palm Beach. This includes tuition for 36 credit hours ($600/credit) and the Resource Fee ($220/semester). Orlando and online tuition information is available from Graduate Admissions.

Palm Beach Atlantic makes every effort to offer financial assistance through a variety of programs (federal and institutional) to deserving students. Scholarships are available for qualified students ranging from $1,000 - $4,000 based on full-time status. In addition, Federal Work-study awards and student loans may also be available. Students must apply for financial aid each year by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Assistance (FAFSA) online at

Palm Beach Atlantic recognizes the servant leadership of those who put their lives at risk for others on a regular basis. The First Responder Scholarship is available to full-time employees of Fire and Rescue, Police, and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) who are enrolled in PBA’s Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management or Master of Science in Leadership. This $2,500 scholarship will be evenly awarded over the course of five semesters ($500 per semester).
