Program Details
From medieval literature to modern literary theory, Shakespeare to world literature, romanticism to realism, and poetry to literary criticism, you’ll explore broad aspects of the creation, analysis, and impact of the written word. PBA’s immersive Christian perspective illuminates truth in every poem, novel, script, and essay.
Our faith-integrated curriculum explores three main areas: British and American literature, literary studies in cultural diversity, and literary production and analysis. Examine multiculturalism in literature, major literary figures, genres, modern English grammar, and more.

Engage boldly with fellow creatives in Sigma Tau Delta, the international English Honor Society, where you’ll collaborate on community service projects, present papers at an annual conference, and submit creative and critical works to a national journal. You can also stir your inquisitive nature in the Jane Austen Society of North America, which involves a monthly meeting (over tea!) and an annual essay contest.
