Accomplished Faculty

You’ll learn from faculty who are highly accomplished artists, musicians and performers. One faculty member has artwork on display in the permanent collection of the South Carolina State Museum of Art. Another has performed with musicians Aretha Franklin, Natalie Cole and John Secada. Yet another was chosen by Mikhail Baryshnikov to join The American Ballet Theatre, with which she performed for eight years. And don't forget, a Grammy-Award winning retired Metropolitan Opera leading lady.

Speaking of PBA

"As performing and visual artists, we cultivate our distinctive contributions to society through excellence in artistic expression, arts advocacy, redemptive storytelling, and transformational experiences."

Dr. Jason Lester, Dean of School of Music & Fine Arts

“I lived 700 miles away from West Palm Beach and there were other colleges closer to home that could offer me a quality music education. The PBA difference was faculty with a passion for teaching and students with a passion for learning. It takes both to create a strong learning environment. I cannot imagine having gone to school anywhere else.”
-- Dr. Beth Everett, alumna, Associate Professor and Director of Choral Activities, LaGrange College.
