From day one, you will find that Palm Beach Atlantic University's Student Success Center has a laser focus on your future. We offer Transfer Advising, Academic Support Services, Disability Services, FYE, Bridges, and S.O.A.R. (Student, Orientation, Advising, Registration,) -- a one day event. The Student Success Center is where you come to invest in you.
This program is designed for first-year students who are enrolled in both Pre-Composition English and College Pre-Algebra allowing support and successful transition into a student's first year of college. Participation includes JumpStart (a program allowing you to move on to campus early), bi-weekly mentoring/advising sessions, social activities, academic support and more.

The First Year Experience (FYE) program offers you the academic and personal support you need to transition to PBA, including a seminar course that is an extension of your orientation. This program, with the assistance of an FYE advisor and peer mentor, will help with the creation of an academic plan for graduation. It also provides an opportunity to explore other degree programs and learn the fundamentals of being successful in college. Click here.
Transfer Student Advising
Transfer advising offers assistance for all students interested in transferring from their current university to Palm Beach Atlantic. To assist you in the process, transcript evaluation, first semester registration, degree planning, workshops, and advising, are made available to you. Transfer students are encouraged to become a member of the Transfer Club, which is a vibrant organization that encourages social and academic support allowing new students to have a successful and thriving transition to PBA.
