A PBA student studies outdoorsStudent Success

From day one, you’ll feel Palm Beach Atlantic’s laser focus on your future. It starts with SOAR (our Student Orientation, Advising & Registration program) -- a one-day event designed so you can hit the ground running -- and extends to Welcome Week, a weeklong tradition aimed at helping you adjust to college life. It spans throughout your time at PBA — through programs, events and services that are focused on one thing: your success.

First Year Experience
The First Year Experience (FYE) program offers you all the academic and personal support you need to transition to PBA, including a seminar course that is an extension of your orientation.

First Year Advising
From the start, you’ll team up with your FYE Advisor, a mentor who will help you create a graduation plan, choose your courses, fill out academic forms, explore majors and minors and develop study skills.

Transfer Student Advising
As a transfer student, you have lots of questions. We can help you navigate the transfer process, from determining what credits will transfer to PBA, to specifics regarding AP and CLEP exams and more.
