Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus Update:
Spring 2013 – Phase 2
Construction of all ancillary buildings on the Rinker Athletic Campus, which include the restrooms, scorer’s booth, concession area, security and maintenance/storage buildings, is expected to commence in March 2013 pending receipt of the required City permits. The City Park construction will begin simultaneously.

Mitch Gornto Tennis Complex
The state-of-the-art Mitch Gornto Tennis Complex, which will include 13 varsity courts, is on schedule with the first six courts expected to be ready for play in Fall 2013.

| Soccer | Baseball and Softball | Raquetball, Volleyball and Basketball |
The soccer, baseball and softball fields are expected to be completed in 2013. The racquetball, volleyball and basketball courts are expected to be ready for play in 2014.

Roadways
With the paving and irrigation complete, sprigging is scheduled for April 1, 2013 and the landscaping will commence late summer 2013.

Safety and Security
The Rinker Athletic Campus will have 24-hour security provided by Palm Beach Atlantic University’s trained Campus Safety officers. Neighbors and visitors are encouraged to direct any questions or concerns to the Senior Vice President for Finance, Administration and Planning John Kautz III for prompt resolution at John_Kautz@pba.edu or 561-803-2083.
