Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus Update:
Spring 2014 – Phase 2
Construction of the entry way and ancillary buildings, which include the restrooms, scorer’s building, concession area, security and maintenance/storage buildings, is near completion at the Rinker Athletic Campus.

The City Park, complete with restroom facilities, fields, and a splash park, will be transferred to the City of West Palm Beach on May 1, 2014.

Mitch Gornto Tennis Complex
Construction of the state-of-the-art Mitch Gornto Tennis Complex, which will include 13 varsity courts, will be ready for play in spring 2014. The six practice tennis courts, equipped with shade shelters, wind screens and drinking fountains, have been completed.

Construction of the baseball and two softball fields has begun and are expected to be ready for play in September. Three practice soccer and varsity soccer fields have been completed.

The Rinker Athletic Campus has 24-hour security provided by Palm Beach Atlantic University’s trained Campus Safety officers.
