The President's Report: 2012
A Spirit of Engagement*
Dear PBA Alumni, Parents and Friends,
We have much to celebrate at PBA, and I am pleased to share a number of notable accomplishments during the 2011-2012 academic year.

The School of Pharmacy class of 2011 scored an impressive pass rate of 98.44 percent on the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination. Equally impressive is the School of Nursing’s five-year average pass rate of 97 percent on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses.
We hosted a number of top leadership experts on campus, including Former Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Tony Blair, and honored several members of our PBA family for their outstanding leadership and life-long achievements, including H. Wayne Huizenga, Jr., 2011 American Free Enterprise medalist and president of Huizenga Holdings Inc., and Women of Distinction honorees Joyce Licht Sang, who founded The Ryan Licht Sang Bipolar Foundation with her husband, Dusty, and Sally Ross Soter, an avid promoter of the arts and health care for women.
Our University was established by great visionaries and leaders similar to those who we honored this year – leaders who had a strong spirit of engagement; leaders who wanted to make a difference in the lives of others; leaders who were committed to providing an excellent education in a Christ-first University.
I am honored to be PBA’s new president and to carry out our founding fathers’ vision of providing students with an education that is second to none and a campus environment where accountability, excellence, integrity, love, unity and respect define who we are and how we work together.
We look to the future with great confidence. Our enrollment is stable and our financial strength is stronger than ever. I am confident that we are well positioned for more amazing successes.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I thank our faculty, staff, parents, students, volunteers, donors, alumni and others who make up our PBA family worldwide. Your prayers, hard work, financial donations and volunteer efforts are the reasons we continue to be the premier Christian University in Florida.
May God continue to bless PBA!
Very sincerely yours,
William M. B. Fleming, Jr.
