| General Chemistry I & II with Lab | 8 | |
| Organic Chemistry I & II with Lab | 8 | |
| General Biology I & II with Labs | 8 | |
| Human Anatomy & Physiology I & II with Labs | 8 | |
| Microbiology with Lab | 4 | |
| Biochemistry | 3 | |
| Speech | 3 | |
| Humanities | 9 |
- Grades below “C-” cannot be accepted toward completion of these requirements.
- The minimum cumulative and science (chemistry, biology and math) grade point average (GPA) requirement is 2.75.
- All science courses (chemistry and biology) must include a laboratory (except biochemistry).
- All prerequisites must be completed by May of the year seeking admission into the School of Pharmacy.
- All science and math courses must be taken within 10 years of application to the School of Pharmacy.
