International Piano Festival

The seventh annual International Piano Festival at Palm Beach Atlantic University's West Palm Beach campus took place Feb. 21-28, 2013. 

In addition to the daily concerts, the showcase included master classes taught by Philippe Entremont and Nelson Delle-Vigne Fabbri, as well as other ICPA piano faculty members. Philippe Entremont is an internationally known pianist and conductor, and president of the International Certificate for Piano Artist program. Nelson Delle-Vigne Fabbri is the founder, artistic director, and general coordinator of ICPA.

The ICPA is organized in collaboration with the École Normale de Musique in Paris — the historical and legendary school that Alfred Cortot founded; and the Fondation Bell’Arte in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium. The ICPA is the European equivalent to the highest preparation available for someone seeking to start an important solo career. An ICPA certificate "stamp of approval" indicates to professional agents, impresarios and managers that the artist is ready to perform in professional arenas. PBA is proud to host the American component of the program.
